7-Step High-Grade Process for Quality CBD Products
Step 1: Directly from Fields to bottle
Feel Good Organics cultivate and curate the best hemp extracts that are enriched in CBD. Our farmers follow strict procedures to enhance the potency and consistency of natural herbs in nutrient-rich soil. The pure organic methods provide reliable and refined CBD products under the tag of Feel Good Organics.
Our farming processes maintain advanced water-saving practices. With our “sea of green” approach, we cultivate hemp plants in higher density. We do not use natural predators in our plants; that’s why there are no substitutes for our effective and healthy CBD products.
Step 2: Raw Hemp Processing
We operate extensive hemp drying facilities; the hemp we use is dried and stored after harvested. Our production unit milled hemp into a coarse powder. The entire grinding process follows higher standards to ensure minimal damage and bacteria-free products.
Step 3: Proprietary Extraction
At our process facility, we are cGMP compliant and follow the highest standards for CBD manufacturing. We purify the hemp extraction process with the help of supercritical CO2, a standard method of extraction.
This method preserved the benefits of Phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids in the process. The unwanted plant and substantial extracts like chlorophyll and waxes are removed from the oil to extract the pure oil from hemp.
Step 4: Separation
It is essential to orderly extract the hemp and make sure it is separated from the CO2. After completion, the remaining CO2 is recycled and reused in the different distillation processes.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refining
One of the most critical steps in the process is to extract even the tiniest THC traces. The high temperatures and pressure remove a total amount of fatty acids, chlorophyll, plant elements, terpenoids, and cannabinoids, from the plant. The final extract of the crude extract is dark and resembling black treacle.
With our modern technology, we remove unwanted material to harvest a cleaner and final product without THC.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Feel Good Organics does not compromise on potency and quality of CBD products; it must be tested through rigorous quality assurance testing and third-party lab testing. Every batch of CBD products undergoes the following test.
